Discover Medellín from a different perspective on an experience that combines vantage points, Paisa culture, photography, adventure, and an open-air museum in the mountains.
Start with a stop at the Puente de la 4 Sur, one of the most recognizable landmarks of modern Medellín. Enjoy the view, take photos, and start “El Reto del Parce”, an exclusive activity that will accompany you throughout the tour. Your first mission will be to look at the city from above and try to figure out where the center of Medellín is.
On the way to the next destination, the challenge continues with a fun activity involving (Paisa words and expressions). Do you know what words like “parce”, “parche” or “bacano” mean? Test how much you know about the local culture and earn points while learning expressions that you'll hear during your visit to Medellín.
The next stop is the El Cielo vantage point, where you'll find panoramic views of the city and different settings designed for taking photos. Admission ticket to the selfie area is included. You will also receive a national beer to discover the typical flavors of Antioquia.
Continue to El Mirador Museo, La Montaña Que Piensa, an experience that combines a vantage point, a restaurant, and an open-air museum. Stroll through its spaces surrounded by nature, art, and sculptures while discovering a different way of looking at Medellín and its mountains.
Here, you'll complete the last part of “El Reto del Parce” by answering a simple but personal question: What does Medellín represent for you: its city, its mountains, its people, or its transformation?
At the end, the tour guide will add up the points you earned during the three missions, and you'll find out what kind of “Parce” you managed to be. You will receive a special stamp on your card as a souvenir of the experience.
More than just visiting vantage points, this experience is designed for you to interact with Medellín: get your bearings from above, learn Paisa expressions, enjoy El Cielo, discover an open-air museum, and complete an individual challenge while visiting some of the most special places to take in the city.
Three places, three challenges, and a different Medellín seen from above.
