The sightseeing tour starts at a Medellín Metro station (the most convenient one will be confirmed based on the group's location). From there, you'll take the Metrocable to enjoy a panoramic view of the city and see part of its urban transformation from above.
We'll then take a bus to the tourist area of Comuna 13, where we'll start the walking tour through its streets full of color and street art. During the walk, you'll learn about the historical context of the neighborhood, its past marked by conflict and war, and how its transformation through art, music, and community projects has made it a symbol of resilience.
You'll explore iconic murals and graffiti while discovering the meaning behind each piece and the story it represents. You'll also experience one of the tour's most special moments with a live freestyle rap show, where local artists convey, through improvisation, the cultural essence and energy of hip-hop that today defines the identity and transformation of the neighborhood.
During the tour, you'll attend a dance show, where you'll actively participate in the entertainment and the activity with dancers from the neighborhood.
