Set off on your journey along the various vista of the southern part of Mauritius on a machine designed to cope with the diverse tracks of the domain and take you to places only a 4x4 truck would otherwise be able to go.
Situated on a private, vast fields of sugar cane, the domain has little “forests”, boarded on one side by the Savanne river, and on the other, by the majestic cliffs of Gris Gris, with its main attraction, “La Roche Qui Pleure”.
You will be able to visit, in situ, the superb and well-known Rochester Falls, where should you feel like you surely will enjoy a nice swim in its fresh waters.
On the same river is also the Leon falls, which can be seen (weather permitting) from the viewpoint situated at the L'Exil Lodges.
The tour also includes the visit of La Vanille Nature Park (also known as the Crocodile Park, for its crocodile farm) mainly known for its extensive farm of crocodiles and giant Aldabra turtles. There you will enjoy a full three course lunch.
This tour starts at 10 am and lasts 4 to 5 hours. The tour is generally back at the base around 3/3.30 pm.
