Housed in a former 19th-century sugar mill, this living museum welcomes more than 100,000 visitors each year for an interactive cultural immersion that is accessible to all.

Monumental machines, giant screens, videos, models and interactive devices punctuate the route as you discover life around the plantations, the secrets of making sugar and rum, as well as the ingenious by-products of the cane, such as green electricity or natural fertilizers.
