At the end of the physical route, you will sit down to begin the digital journey.
Thanks to advanced 360° 3D VR headsets, you will experience the secret places of tradition firsthand: you will see the hands of master bakers shaping the Bread of Matera, the olive harvest, the oil mills in action during the pressing of the oil, the grape harvest, and the silence of the cellars where the wine rests.
To conclude the sensory journey, you will take off your headset and find the real products in front of you.
We will guide you through a food tasting of excellence where warm bread meets the aroma of extra virgin olive oil and the structured notes of local wine.
To finish, we will give you a professional souvenir photo taken inside the Dedalo.
