Your experience begins inside a genuine underground labyrinth of 800 square meters carved into the rock, where you will be enveloped by a timeless, ancient atmosphere reminiscent of the Greek myth of Daedalus.
Here, there is only one rule: get lost to find yourself.
Together, we will follow Ariadne's thread as we recount the history of Matera, discover fascinating works of art and listen to some of the most captivating legends from Greek mythology.

At the end of the physical route, you will sit down to begin the digital journey.
Thanks to advanced 360° 3D VR headsets, you will experience the secret places of tradition firsthand: you will see the hands of master bakers shaping Matera Bread, the olive harvest, the mills in action during oil pressing, the grape harvest and the silence of the cellars where the wine rests.
To conclude the sensory journey, you will remove the headsets to find the real products in front of you.
We will guide you through a premium food tasting in which warm bread meets the aroma of extra virgin olive oil and the structured notes of local wine.
To round off the experience, we will present you with a professional souvenir photo taken inside the Dedalo.

The 3D headsets are easy to use and are thoroughly sanitized after each
single use. The experience takes place entirely indoors, in
underground spaces that are cool in summer and heated in winter.
