The “Dioniso” tasting at Ramaddini offers an immersive experience that includes a guided tour of the winery, showcasing its history and production process. Guests will taste five exceptional wines: Patrono, Quattroventi, Note Nere, Perla Marina, and Al Hamen.

The tasting is complemented by a variety of Sicilian delicacies such as fried beans and chickpeas, bread with extra virgin olive oil, cold cuts, cheeses with jams, bruschetta, dried tomatoes, local ricotta, olives, caponata, a main course, Modica chocolate, and cooked must.
