Upon your arrival at the meeting point, our team warmly welcomes you for this afternoon excursion, before a short briefing on how the day trip will be carried out. You can board from Fort-de-France or Anse Mitan. The day trip then begins, heading to the south of the island, famous for its beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters.
First stop: the village of Les Anses-d'Arlet. This charming coastal village offers an ideal spot for snorkeling around the rock, known for being home to a wide variety of tropical fish. The clear water makes it easy to observe, even for beginners. After this first contact with marine wildlife, you will continue on to Grande Anse, a site renowned for its seagrass beds. This is where you'll have the best chance of seeing turtles peacefully moving about in their natural habitat.
The day trip continues to Anse Dufour, an authentic fishing village with colorful houses, where you can enjoy a break to admire the local atmosphere and the landscape. Right next door is Anse Noire, a unique place: it is the only black sand beach in the south of Martinique. Its contrast with the turquoise waters makes it a spectacular and memorable setting.
To finish, your live guide will tell you the history of Îlet Ramier, which was once strategically important for the protection of the bay of Fort-de-France. This last stop adds a cultural touch to the day, combining nature, heritage, and discovery.
To complete this experience, a platter of fresh fruit, local accras, a homemade planteur, soft drinks and a small punch will be offered to you for a moment of pure relaxation.
Throughout the day trip, everyone moves at their own pace: snorkeling, relaxing on the boat, or simply taking in the scenery. The drop-off is organized with a safety margin to ensure your presence on board the ship at the scheduled time. You leave with lasting souvenirs: marine encounters, authentic villages, and unforgettable views of the south of Martinique.
