After completing your booking, our team will contact you 24 hours before the activity to send you all the pickup details. In this message, you will also receive the phone number of the driver assigned to you, as we work with a team of multiple drivers and each customer is matched with a specific one. It is very important to ensure that the WhatsApp number you provided on the website is correct, as it is our main communication channel to confirm all information smoothly.

On the day of your activity, approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled start time, the assigned driver will contact you via WhatsApp to provide the exact pickup time. He will also send you a picture of the vehicle that will pick you up, making it easier for you to recognize it and ensuring everything runs smoothly and without confusion.

After pickup, you will enjoy a comfortable 20–25 minute ride in a tourist minibus to the quad biking area, getting you ready for an exciting adventure.

Upon arrival, your guide will warmly welcome you and provide a clear 10-minute briefing on safety instructions and how to operate the quad. After putting on your helmet and protective goggles, you will be ready to start an unforgettable journey.

The tour lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the group’s pace. You will ride through desert landscapes, palm groves, and a variety of off-road tracks suitable for all levels—beginners and experienced riders alike.

During the tour, you will enjoy two main stops:

First stop: A traditional break where you will enjoy Moroccan mint tea with bread and honey — a perfect moment to experience local hospitality.

Second stop: A scenic spot among the palm groves where you can take beautiful photos in nature.

At the end of the tour, your driver will take you back to the original pickup point. If your accommodation is outside the designated drop-off zone, transportation may not be available, and our team will coordinate with you in advance to find the best possible solution.

Please note that children under 16 years old must either ride with one of their parents or be accompanied by a guide riding with them, to ensure their safety.
