Indulge in the perfect pairing of nougat and wine, where the delicate sweetness of honeyed nougat dances harmoniously with the rich complexities of fine wine. With each bite, savor the velvety texture and nutty undertones, perfectly complemented by the crisp effervescence of sparkling wine or the deep, fruity notes of a bold red.

Sit by the lake and enjoy a guided tasting of Bettenay Wines and Margaret River nougat. The nougat is a French style made onsite, with 5 nougats selected to pair with 5 wines. There are over 30 varieties of nougat at Bettenay's.

The Bettenay family have been producing wine since 1997 and planted the vineyard in 1989.
