Join me on a circular walk of Runway 2 at Manchester Airport, taking you out into nature and better still, up-close and personal with all the action from the UK’s 3rd busiest airport.
Meeting at The Airport Inn Hotel just off Altrincham Road we will head to the world-famous spotting mound right at the start of the Runway 23L where aircraft begin their take off role just metres away. After that we will complete a full circuit of the runway, taking you past lush greenery, rivers, and of course, huge jets arriving and departing right in front of you.

*Please note the walk has a few sections of strenuous uphill and downhill road walking and paths can be muddy after periods of bad weather.
