This session is designed for riders who wish to deepen their classical, refined, and conscious riding while working with Spanish thoroughbred horses (PRE) selected for their sensitivity, balance, and willingness to cooperate with the rider.
The lesson is based on the fundamental principles of classical equitation: balance, straightness, impulsion, relaxation and lightness. Through carefully guided exercises in the arena, lateral exercises, transitions, and variations within the walk, riders develop greater body awareness, coordination, and harmony with the horse.
Special emphasis is placed on the quality of communication between the horse and the rider. The goal is to achieve a smooth, flexible, and respectful connection through a balanced position, calm hands, and subtle aids, encouraging the horse to respond with confidence, calmness, and understanding.
The session encourages riding based on sensitivity rather than force, helping riders to perfect their touch, timing, and ability to move in harmony with the horse. Each exercise is progressively adapted to the rider and the horse, always prioritizing relaxation, correct biomechanics, and mutual trust.
