Know before you book

  • Child with the height below 90cm entitles for a free ride.
  • Guests aged 16 or under must be accompanied by a supervising companion with valid tickets, passes or wristbands and must be supervised at all times. We reserve the right to refuse entry to unaccompanied guests aged 16 or under.
  • Each Standard Gondola can seat 10 passengers, including children. Glass floor gondolas can seat 6 passengers.
  • Glass floor gondola is only available at Awana SkyWay.
  • Wheelchair and stroller access are available for Standard Gondola. Only baby strollers are allowed in the Glass floor gondolas. Please inform our Team Members for assistance prior to boarding.
  • Pets are prohibited in and around the vicinity, including all stations and inside the gondola and Please dress in appropriate attire at all times while taking the ride with Awana SkyWay.

What you can expect

Please be informed that the Genting Highlands Premium Outlets Cable Car (formerly known as Awana SkyWay) will operate with extended hours from 07:00 hrs to 01:00 hrs on 20–21 September 2025 (Saturday & Sunday) to accommodate the Sunset by NEON Event at Resorts World Awana.

Hop aboard a crystal clear cable car at Awana Station and enjoy a 10-minute gondola lift ride that will take you to the Genting Highlands. Marvel at stunning panoramic views of the mountains around you as you glide through the sky.
Gaze at the tall pagodas peeking out from the lush rainforest as you ascend towards the peak, where SkyAvenue Station is located. Stop at Chin Swee Station to explore the Chin Swee Caves Temple, a Taoist temple situated in the Genting Highlands.
Then, take photos of iconic landmarks at this religious site, such as the 9-story grand pagoda, the Sky Terrace, and a 15-meter tall statue of Buddha.
Finally, once you arrive at the Genting Highlands, you’ll have the opportunity to visit exciting attractions, luxurious hotels, and thrilling theme parks.
