Day 1: Live Like a Local in Tosari

Begin your journey with a pickup in Malang, either from your hotel or the train station, and enjoy a scenic drive to Tosari via Nongkojajar and Baladaun. Upon arrival in the Tengger village, join a traditional welcome ritual, including a symbolic bracelet ceremony.

After breakfast, enjoy an insightful storytelling session about the history of the Tenggerese people and Mount Bromo. Continue by visiting Tosari Market, walking through the local village settlement, and exploring the beautiful Edelweiss Garden.

Enjoy lunch before participating in a tree-planting activity as part of a sustainable tourism initiative. In the afternoon, head to your local homestay to experience authentic village life.

In the evening, gather in a traditional kitchen (pawòn) for a warm sharing session with a local spiritual leader (Romo Pandita), discussing Tengger philosophy and cultural values.

Day 2: Bromo Sunrise Adventure

Prepare early in the morning for your Bromo adventure by 4WD jeep. Witness the magical sunrise over Mount Bromo, followed by exploration of the Savanna (Teletubbies Hill), Whispering Sands, and Widodaren Hill. Hiking to the Bromo crater is optional.

After the tour, return to the homestay to freshen up and have lunch before heading back to Malang.
