You will be given everything you need to make a 14oz tray of your own custom designed Chocolate Bark. You will take it home, wrapped and sealed in a wooden tray and little wooden hammer to break apart at home or a Dinner Party. There is nothing more special then to say "I made this!" We make the finest chocolate using the highest quality ingrediencies and our beans are ethically sourced. We have 60% dark or 40% milk (oat milk) dairy/gluten/soy free, VEGAN craft chocolate. You will be handed a Tile of your choice of freshly poured fluid chocolate where you can begin designing your own flavor choosing from many inclusions such as: nuts, dried fruits, seasonings and salts. You can get creative and make a symmetrical design, landscape, or even a face using candied ginger, blueberry and pretzel sticks for example! The Chocolate making is in our Factory...so you will be able to catch one of our Menchaca's Micro Batch Craft Chocolate Factory Tours.
