  • Open seating means that your seats will be assigned by our staff. This is done to properly balance the helicopter
  • If you choose "First Class" you will be seated up front with the pilot
  • First Class seats are only sold in pairs, and there is a combined weight limit of 340 lbs for the two first class seats
  • The minimum age to fly is 10 yrs old. Each child between 10 & 14 must be seated next to a responsible adult. No lap children are allowed, each person is required to wear a seat belt.
  • Passengers over 250 lbs (114 kg) may have to pay a capacity fee
  • Passengers over 300 lbs (136kg) may need to purchase a comfort seat
  • Magnum Helicopters only flies with full flights. If all four seats of the helicopter have not been sold by the day before your scheduled flight, we will contact you with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

On this thrilling doors-off helicopter tour, get the best views of the Oahu without any barrier between you and the scenery as you soar over the island. Feel the wind in your face and experience an aerial adventure that is perfect for photographers and anyone else who wants an unobstructed view.

Your adventure begins with a flight over Keehi Lagoon and the historic Honolulu Harbor. See Aloha Tower and witness the backdrop of the Koolau mountain range as you fly over Magic Island, the Ala Wai Yacht Harbor, and the surfers along Waikiki Beach. After you circle around the east end of the island, get a view of the lighthouse at Makapuu Point, fly over Sea Life Park and get an expansive view of miles of white sand beach.

Enjoy stunning mountain views and the gorgeous coral formations of Kaneohe Bay. See visual treats like Coconut Island, which appeared in the TV classic Gilligan's Island. Nearby, you can see the storied valley that featured in scenes from a dozen major motion pictures, including Jurassic Park.

The highlight of the tour may be your flight past the splendid 1,000-foot (300-m) cascade of Sacred Falls, before you proceed over the North Shore and world-renowned surfing spots like Sunset Beach and Waimea Bay. See the Dole Pineapple maze and the ancient Kukaniloko Birth Site before your tour concludes with a view of the historic warships and memorials at Pearl Harbor.

Note: While the Magnum Helicopter is our star, occasionally due to availability, you may be seated in another helicopter. Same exact model, same amazing experience, just with a different paint scheme.
