After an easy walk along the olive groves and river, we welcome you into our beautiful house built into the rocks that hold a Moorish Castle constructed between 900 to 1002AD. The castle sits over a beautiful village on the river Tagus with a population of only 68 residents. Experience beautiful Unspoiled Spain where you will be the only tourists in sight!

After a well earned aperitif of locally sourced artisan vermouth, we start our feast. Our chef and guides share the history of the organic cooperative farm products; how they are made through the family generations; and share how they are prepared.
