What you can expect
Choose your vertical adventure near Madrid. With this experience, you'll have the flexibility to choose one of the three most exciting and accessible via ferratas from the capital: Priego (Cuenca), Ventano del Diablo (Cuenca), or Sacedón (Guadalajara). Each one offers a unique landscape and challenge, ideal for beginners or for those looking for an intermediate-level activity (K1-K3).
Your adventure will begin with a welcome from your certified mountain guide, where you will be given your approved personal safety gear (helmet, harness, shock absorber, and gloves). After a technical briefing, you'll learn the progression and safety techniques, ensuring you feel comfortable before taking the first step.
At the foot of the wall, you will begin the ascent along the path of steel staples. You'll feel the thrill of the height as you safely progress up the rockface. Depending on the route you choose:
In Sacedón, you'll enjoy spectacular views of the Entrepeñas reservoir and cross monkey bridges and Tibetan bridges, culminating in a thrilling, almost 40-meter zip-line that will take your breath away.
In the Hoz de Priego or the Ventano del Diablo, you'll venture into natural gorges, crossing side steps, handrails, and suspension bridges while marveling at the beauty of the Serranía de Cuenca and the crystal-clear waters of the river.
Throughout the tour, your tour guide will accompany you, offering support, advice, and sharing interesting facts about the surroundings. This is not just a route; it's a personal challenge that culminates in a great sense of accomplishment and panoramic photos that you'll want to share. The full activity lasts approximately 2-4 hours, depending on the route chosen and the pace of the group.
At the end, you'll have the satisfaction of having conquered a wall and unforgettable memories of a day of sport and nature, very close to home. It's a perfect experience for friends, couples or families. Get ready to feel the adrenaline and the verticality like never before!
