Although there is no number 4 on Calle Bailén (28013), searching for “Calle Bailén 4” or “Puerta del Príncipe” on Google Maps will mark the exact location of the "Puerta del Príncipe." Directly across from the "Puerta del Príncipe," you will find the stairs leading down to the station. There, you will see our Eco Tuk Tuk signage to guide you to the exact pick-up point. If you have mobility problems getting down the stairs to the pick-up point, please contact the local supplier by phone or message them on WhatsApp at any time, so they can help you access the meeting point by elevator. The tuk tuks are usually always punctual at the time of pickup, but sometimes there is traffic and they are a few minutes late. Whenever there is any delay, you will be notified as far in advance as possible via WhatsApp, iMessage or Mail.
