The olive oil route begins at the oil mill museum, where you can learn about how people used to live and how olive oil was produced in the past. Guests will learn about the properties of extra virgin olive oils and the strict regulations that local companies must follow to produce certified EVO.
They will enjoy a sensory analysis experience by tasting three Sicilian extra-virgin olive oils and appreciating their distinctive characteristics.
The experience will end with a farewell aperitif, accompanied by a glass of wine and local tastings (bruschetta, olives, cheeses and jam).
