Experience Hoi An culture through its food during this fun half day tour. Visit a local market, explore coconut mangroves by bamboo basket boat and take part in a two-hour hands-on cooking class with a local chef. Learn how to cook some Vietnamese delicacies, such as spring rolls, bánh xèo (Hoi An rice pancakes), phở (pho noodles with beef), and many more. After the class, we'll sail upstream in a bamboo basket boat to see some traditional fishing techniques, folk songs, and entertainment.
