This Machu Picchu sightseeing tour begins with pickup at your hotel. We will first take you to the available train station, which may be the Peru Rail or Inca Rail station. After a journey of approximately 2 hours, we will arrive at the Ollantaytambo train station, where we will take the train to Aguas Calientes. After a journey of 1 hour and 45 minutes, we will arrive at the Aguas Calientes station, where our tour guide will be waiting for you to provide you with more details about this small town.
Depending on the Machu Picchu entry time, you will join our tour guide in the line to take the bus to the Machu Picchu citadel (approx. 30 minutes).
After passing through the checkpoint at Machu Picchu, our adventure will begin for approximately 3 hours. During this time, you'll have enough time to get the classic photo of Machu Picchu, visit the main temples of this citadel, discover more about our culture, and immerse yourself in the fascinating history of the origin of the Incas.
Later, you'll go down to Aguas Calientes and, depending on the return schedule, you'll go to the station for your return trip to Ollantaytambo, where we'll wait and then return to your hotel in Cusco.
