Discover local producers with Fanny. She opens the doors of her cooking workshop, in the heart of Old Lyon, where you will have the opportunity to create a tasty, complete, seasonal, and locavore menu.

• Market visit and product selection: head to the Marché Saint-Antoine, just opposite the workshop, to choose the best local products for your menu. Take advantage of this moment to discover the riches of the local area and support small producers.

• Menu preparation: Back at the workshop, get your hands dirty and learn to master the culinary techniques to prepare your seasonal meal.

• Food tasting and sharing: after preparation, enjoy your menu together, accompanied by a wine selected from local producers at an additional cost. You can also take your creations with you and extend the experience at home.
