The concept

For the duration of the workshop, Djena and/or Florian will give you a behind-the-scenes look at the bar. You'll learn the secrets of the great non-alcoholic classics, then create your own signature mocktail, from the recipe to the decoration of the glass.

Premium non-alcoholic spirits, fresh fruits, aromatic herbs and homemade syrups replace alcohol without compromising on flavor. This is creative, refined mixology designed to provide healthy indulgence.

What awaits you

Your signature mocktail: Guided by your facilitator, you will come up with a unique recipe, to your taste. You choose the flavors (fruity, tangy, spicy, floral, etc.), you measure, you taste, and you adjust, like a real bartender.
The techniques of the trade: measuring, shaking, mixing, straining. You'll learn professional techniques to make your drinks a success every time.
The art of garnishing: crafted zests, fresh herbs, cut fruit, rim frosting… Your creation will be as beautiful as it is delicious.
A recipe to make at home: you'll leave with your recipe card, so you can impress your guests the next time you have the chance.
