Know before you book
- Children 4 and younger are complimentary.
- An additional surcharge of 20 USD per person for marine park fee is payable on the day of your activity.
- Hotel pickup is available from most centrally located Cancun, Costa Mujeres, Playa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya hotels. You will receive the final pickup time a day before your activity takes place.
- Hotel pickup is not available further south Dreams Tulum hotel. If your hotel is outside of the coverage area, you will need to meet the tour at a designated meeting point.
- Please be ready and waiting 15 minutes' prior your scheduled pickup time.
