Then, you will be transferred by an air-conditioned vehicle to Luxor, approximately 3 hours, with a stop if needed to rest.

In Luxor, you will visit the spectacular Karnak Temples,the largest and most impressive religious complex ever built. You will marvel at the history and architecture of the temples, from the Middle Kingdom to the Greco-Roman period. You will also see the amazing Hypostyle Hall, a forest of giant columns.

You will enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant; then you will cross to the West Bank of the Nile to see the colossal statues of Amenhotep III (Colossi of Memnon) and the Valley of the Kings,where the splendid tombs of the ancient pharaohs were found.

You will explore the tombs, which were carved deep into the desert rock, adorned with beautiful paintings, and filled with treasures for the pharaohs’ afterlife. You will also visit the Hatshepsut Temple at El Deir El Bahary, a stunning temple dedicated to the only female pharaoh, Queen Hatshepsut.

The temple rises out of the desert in a series of terraces and blends with the limestone cliffs. Before 6 pm, you will return to the cruise at Safaga Port (220 km) with your guide.
