The experience will begin with a tour of the vineyard near the winery, during which we will explain the history of our company and what we produce. We will continue with a visit to the winery, where we will explain the processes and how wine is produced. Afterwards, the tasting of the wines, the oil, three different types of honey, and the pollen will begin under a pergola (in case of rain, the tasting will take place in the cellar). Depending on the time of year when you visit us, you may be able to see some of the production processes (harvesting, foot pressing, and vinification can be seen in September, while bottling and labeling, all done by hand, can be seen in late March). We will try to convey to our customers the love and passion we put into our work.
