What you can expect

We start with a hands-on cheese-making workshop where each participant makes their own cheeses and curds. At the end, we let the cheeses rest and prepare a tasting of 10 of our best cheeses, several of which are among the best cheeses in the world, such as our Primavera cheese. The tasting includes wine and pairing.
The activity lasts at least 2 hours. At the end, we'll prepare the cheeses and curds for you to take home with the recipes, and we'll give you all the tips for storing them, plus tricks for making more cheeses at home!
