This tour program conveniently offers an airport pick-up to airport drop-off package.

On the first day you will be picked up from the airport by our tour guide who will be holding a sign reading ALBANIA INBOUND at the entrance of the airport terminal.
You will be swiftly transported to your hotel for a quick check-in. After, you will embark on a walking tour of Tirana city, where you will learn the background history of Albania while visiting several landmarks like: Skanderbeg Square, Et'hem Bey Mosque, the Pyramid of Tirana, Blloku Area, Enver Hoxha's Villa, Mother Teresa Square, BUNKART2 Bunker, and much more.

The walking tour will finish at ODAS Garden, where you will be introduced to Albania’s traditional cuisine and enjoy folk music performed by a live local band.

On the second day you will visit Berat, the city of 1001 windows. During this trip, you will explore Berat Castle, the largest inhabited castle in Albania, as well as the Berat Old Town, which consists of two of Albania’s most traditional neighborhoods, Mangalem and Gorica. Stroll through the cobblestone streets of the city and learn about Albania’s medieval history.

You will return back to Tirana, where you will have a free afternoon to enjoy at your own pace.

On the third day you will head north, towards the Albanian Alps. You will visit Theth village, regarded as the most beautiful location in Albania. Here you will embark on a 1-hour hike along the forest to find the secluded Blue Eye of Theth and take some time to relax in wild nature. You will also have the opportunity to visit the iconic Church of Theth and the Reconciliation Tower.

Along the road to Theth, you will have several panoramic stops with excellent views of the Albanian Alps, a trip travelers never forget.

On the fourth day, you will visit the beautiful Bovilla Lake. This will be a short half-day trip, as you will also be transferred to the airport to depart Tirana and return home.

You will drive up to the Bovilla Dam, where you will begin a short hike to the top of Mount Gamti. At the summit, you will enjoy excellent panoramic views of the lake, with a café-restaurant where you can relax with a coffee or a beer.

After returning to Tirana, a driver will be waiting to transfer you to the airport. This is where your Long Weekend in Albania adventure concludes.
