Please do not join any queues or ticket boxes, come straight on to the Pier & if anyone asks, please advise you are with the Thames RIB Experience & you have tickets to travel. Our branded Yellow & Black kiosk is on the right hand end of the Pier at Boarding Point E. Our staff will be at the kiosk to greet you. Please ensure you have all your tickets & documents with you when you arrive. There are no public toilets on the Pier or storage facilities - Please make arrangements before your arrival in need.
