  • Hours of operation are 11 AM–6 PM (last rotation) during low season and 10 AM-8:30 PM (last rotation) during high season; however, this may vary, please check before you go.
  • The London Eye is closed on selected dates in January for maintenance. Please check before you go.
  • The time slot booked is for the River Cruise, please arrive at the Pier 15 mins before your booked time
  • London Eye capsules are shared with other people
  • Cruises depart every hour between 10:45 AM and 7:45 PM from the London Eye Pier.
  • Waiting time at the London Eye may vary depending on when you visit. During peak period there may be longer waiting time before boarding.
  • Children aged 2 or under can visit for free but it is essential to also have a valid ticket.
