Shortly after leaving the dock you’ll pass by the Padrão dos Descobrimentos, in the shape of a ship, built for the Portuguese World Exhibition in 1940, and also the Torre de Belém, an iconic monument of Lisbon.

Head to the south bank and see the forts and prisons that were used during the old regime. You’ll be dazzled by the Ponte 25 de Abril, and have views of the Cristo Rei.

Back along the north bank, you’ll have views of historic Lisbon, with the Terreiro do Paço and the Cais do Sodré and also the recently renovated waterfront. As you arrive back at the dock, you’ll see the Museum of Electricity.
