    Start the kayaking excursion from Sesimbra, with an explanation of the route and a paddling class. Admire the wonderful surroundings of Arrabida Natural Park, which includes some of the most beautiful and unique sea cliffs in Europe.

    Explore an area of great natural biodiversity. Keep an eye out for local wildlife as you paddle at a relaxed pace along the coast.
    Venture into marine caves (If weather conditions permit) and learn about their historic importance with your guide. Enjoy breaks at secluded beaches, with some time for swimming and snorkeling, explore the wonderful underwater world and the biodiversity that exists in the marine park Prof Luiz Saldanha.
