What you can expect
Your day begins with a comfortable transfer from your hotel, in Lisbon to the Sanctuary of Fátima, with an expected arrival at 11:00 AM.
After an introduction to the city of Fátima, begin your personalized itinerary at one of the most important Marian sanctuaries in the world.
We start with a visit to the Chapel of the Apparitions—the spiritual heart of Fátima, where the apparitions of 1917 took place.
Next, visit the Basilicas of the Rosary and the Holy Trinity: let yourself be captivated by the grandeur and architectural detail of these buildings, in the peaceful atmosphere that is so characteristic of Fátima. If you wish, you can attend Mass or light a candle in devotion. You will have private time, free from the limitations of a group tour.
During a break between the morning and afternoon periods, take the opportunity to explore the local charm of Fátima, enjoy a light meal, or purchase souvenirs if you wish.
After your break, we will visit the village of Aljustrel, where the shepherd children were born and lived. Our visit will allow you to feel fully integrated into the family environment and daily life of the Fátima visionaries. The homes of the three shepherds—Lúcia, Jacinta, and Francisco—offer insights into their lives while also giving you a glimpse of early 20th century Portugal, in contrast with the modernized Fátima Sanctuary designed to meet the needs of its pilgrims.
The visit will conclude in Valinhos with a brief walk through the Stations of the Cross. This short and accessible immersive walk takes you through the places where the children witnessed the Angel of Peace and the Virgin.
At the end of the day, return to Lisbon with unforgettable memories and a new perspective on this sacred site and the difference of taking a tour at your own pace, tailored to your expectations.
