See Vlycha Bay from a hill and cross the scenic town of Lindos on this 14-km hiking trip. Cool off during a stop for a swim and try traditional snacks. All along the trail, be accompanied by an experienced local hiker.
Depart above Vlycha Bay across a beautiful rocky landscape. Continue down a sloping path surrounded by rocks in the company of donkeys. Take in panoramic views of Navarone Bay, where “The Guns of Navarone” was filmed.
A few hundred meters down the path, spot another amazing viewpoint over the Acropolis dominating the traditional white houses of the village of Lindos, also known as “the pearl of the Dodecanese.”
Cross the village and head toward the Acropolis and the 6th-century B.C. tomb of Kleovulos before returning to the starting point in Vlycha Bay for a swim and a rest on the beach.
