Departure is at 8:30 am from the Grande Anse d'Arlet pontoon. You board the catamaran in a small group of up to 14 guests before heading to the first snorkeling site, usually between Pointe Lézarde and Pointe Burgos.

The day is supervised by professional snorkeling and scuba diving instructors. The team supports guests throughout the day and shares fun explanations, quizzes and educational moments about marine biodiversity: tropical fish, sea turtles, corals, sponges and their interactions. 3D models are used on board to help guests better identify species and understand what they observe in the water.

All snorkeling equipment is included: 3 mm shorty wetsuit, fins, snorkel, classic or full-face mask, signaling buoys and buoyancy aids if needed.

First-time divers:

Classic first dive: +€55/adult or +€45/child, 20–25 min.
Double Dive or XXL dive: +€34 in addition to the classic first dive. Choose either a second 20–25 min dive to share the experience with a friend, partner or child, or one longer 40–45 min dive.
Turtles & Marine Biodiversity Training: +€80 in addition to the classic first dive, €135 total, including 3 dives and certification card.

Certified divers:

Exploration dive: +€55, guided within your certification level.
Turtles & Marine Biodiversity Training: +€50 in addition to the exploration dive, €110 total, including 2 dives and certification card.

At the end of the morning, enjoy a fun educational moment on board around marine biodiversity. The team explains what has been observed during snorkeling and the environmental role of the species living on the reef.

Around midday, enjoy the optional BBQ meal prepared on board: €26/adult and €14/child. It includes starters, grilled fish or chicken depending on the day, dessert, coffee and drinks. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options are available on request. You may also bring your own picnic if preferred.

Between snorkeling sessions, enjoy stand-up paddleboarding, jumps from the boat, hammocks under the front of the catamaran and a water swing.

In the early afternoon, the focus turns to sea turtles. The team explains the differences between green turtles and hawksbill turtles, what they eat, how to recognize them and why they matter for reef and seagrass ecosystems. You will then snorkel in an area where turtles are regularly observed.

ATAO Plongée follows a practical eco-responsible approach: small group, solar panels on board, low greenhouse gas emissions and fuel consumption of around 3.5 L/hour when motoring. The team helps guests better understand marine life and reduce their impact while observing reefs and turtles.

Return to Grande Anse d'Arlet around 4:00 pm, after a full day combining catamaran, snorkeling, turtles, coral reefs, scuba diving options, BBQ on board, paddles and marine biodiversity discovery.
