Visit the Tierra de Luz Hacienda Vinícola, one of Mexico’s oldest haciendas, Hacienda Jaramillo de Abajo, dating back to 1550. Explore the vineyard with a sommelier, taste 3 wines with a cheese board, and visit the winery and wine-making area.

After pickup from your hotel in León, head to the vineyard. Historical records show that the land was granted by the Viceroy of New Spain to Juan Jaramillo, husband of the famous Doña Marina or La Malinche, the interpreter for Hernán Cortés.
