We use local product and, obviously, we include our lemon fruit in most of the recipes proposed by our Chef!
Our lemon is a product that boasts of the wording “Lemon of Sorrento P.G.I.”,
I.G.P. means “protect geographic identification”. That means this lemons, with this particulars, perfume and characteristics is linked to the territory.
This is why we are happy to use it in our kitchen, too!
You can choose between a sea menu and a landfare menu. Of course we remain at your disposal to include a vegetarian menu.
