You will be welcomed in the cozy garden of an ancient “rimessa”, a typical Salento building with 4 star vaults, recently renovated, previously used as a stable and warehouse, and now used to offer you a fantastic culinary experience in full respect of local traditions.
After visiting the structure, you can enjoy an aperitif of typical local products accompanied by excellent wines from Salento.
Immediately afterwards, everyone gets to work… We will prepare the pasta with you and dress it with two different sauces: “fresh tomato & basil” and “Ciceri & Tria”, chickpeas flavored with a mix of vegetables and fried pasta.
During the evening you can listen to the traditional music “La Pizzica” and, if you like, use the fine luthier guitars and tambourines provided to accompany a few folk songs.
Delicious homemade gelato and a fresh house limoncello will bring the evening to a close
