What you can expect

Peru has recently become the gastronomical capital of Latin America and has done so on the back of their favorite dish, ceviche.

Our experience begin with pick up from your acommodation in Miraflores or San Isidro. Then we going to the restaurante ASNAPA (Miraflores).

Our chef will teach you all the steps you need to know to prepare the best ceviche.
Learn the types of fish, the secrets of our lemons and peppers and tasty your own ceviche.
Finally we will finish this experience with a peruvian lunch.
