What you can expect

Join my family home in Alcamo, and learn how pasta has been made for centuries. Then, work alongside my mother as she guides you step-by-step in preparing busiate, a traditional hand-rolled pasta, using age-old family techniques and recipes.

Once your pasta is ready, sit down to a convivial lunch where you’ll savor the busiate you made, along with other seasonal dishes. Finally, enjoy dessert, coffee and a toast of limoncello, in true Sicilian style.

Enjoy this small-group workshop, limited to 6 people, to ensure a personalized experience and a warm, family-like atmosphere.
