    The service includes a guided tour of our estate with commentary, featuring a visit to the press house, the vat room, and the barrel room. You will also take part in an introduction to the traditional riddling of bottles on a riddling rack.

    The tour will continue with a guided walk with the winemaker through the vineyard, punctuated by discussions about our profession, our terroirs and the history of Champagne.

    You will then have access to our washhouse, an unusual 18th-century building nestled in the heart of the vineyards, where you will enjoy a commented tasting of three champagnes from the estate.

    This service does not include the option of pairing with tapas in the washhouse.

What you can expect

  • The parking lot is located directly on the estate.
    Your tour begins at our family-run winery, located in La Neuville-aux-Larris, near Hautvillers, Reims and Épernay.
    During this tour, the winemaker will share with you the history of his family, his profession and many anecdotes about life on the estate. You will also have the opportunity to take part in the champagne-making process with an introduction to the traditional riddling of the bottles.
    The tour will continue with a pleasant walk of about 500 meters to the tasting venue, along a footpath lined with pastures and vineyards. Along the way, we will discuss the formation of the Champagne landscapes, the origins of our terroirs and the work involved in cultivating the vines. In particular, the winemaker will explain how a vine works and the history of the Pinot Meunier grape variety, which is emblematic of our region.
    When you arrive at the washhouse, take time to admire the stunning panorama of the Marne Valley. This 18th-century stone building, nestled in the heart of the vineyards, has a unique history that the winemaker will share with you.
    The tour will conclude with a commented tasting of three of the estate's cuvées in this unique setting.
    At the end of the experience, you can buy our champagnes to take away, enjoy them on the spot, or have them shipped directly to your home.
