    Meet our team at the small white JET007 beach bar on Cavalière Beach, between Le Lavandou and Cavalaire-sur-Mer. We will welcome you for the rental formalities and to provide your gear: life jacket and neoprene shorty wetsuit.

    After a briefing from a certified instructor, set off for a unique experience, combining thrills with exploration of the coastline.

    Whether you are a beginner or an adrenaline junkie, this outing invites you to explore the coasts and coves of Le Lavandou and its surroundings. Departing from Cavalière Beach, head to Saint-Clair Beach for an initial photo stop. Then enjoy a swim stop off the coast of Bormes-les-Mimosas, before heading back along the coast with views of the Golden Islands, including Porquerolles.
