Our Intro to Freediving is designed for total beginners and/or for people's with already an experience but that are looking to feel more comfortable. We are taking you step by step with no pressure of time or result and teach you Freediving basics that you will be able to use for the rest of your life.

We are starting the journey with some relaxation and breathing exercices before to get introduced to static breathhold in the shallows waters of a naturally protected beach.
After learning how to hold your breath longer and comfortably we will take you to our training buoy and teach you to equalise your ears and vertical Freediving. Most of participants think that they would not be able to go down because of their ears but less than 1% of the population really have a physiological problem. Equalising your ears is a technique that we will teach you.
Feel free and experienced the uniques sensations of being few meters deep holding your breath. The wellbeing and weightless sensations will relax you and make you disconnect from your busy life.
