Immerse yourself in the Langhe, among hills and vineyards recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with an authentic experience guided directly by the producer. The tour starts in the company's most representative vineyard: Vigna Manzotti, a “heroic vineyard” characterized by a steep slope, worked by hand and capable of offering memorable views. Here you'll discover the history of the winery, the connection with the land, and some unconventional projects that tell the story of a personal way of making wine.
After the walk among the rows, you'll move to the cellar—their “hermitage”—where Simone will accompany you to discover how wines are born: from the care of the vineyard to the stages of vinification and aging. As a family business of about 5.5 hectares, the winemakers follow the entire process from the vineyard to the bottle, with attention to detail and a concrete approach, made up of daily work and conscious choices.
The experience ends with a guided tasting of 6 wines, with particular attention to Nebbiolo and Moscato, also accompanied by different proposals. The glasses will be accompanied by a small platter of local cold cuts and cheeses, designed as a quality appetizer (not as a full meal). The company is also certified for environmental sustainability, a core value of their way of hosting and producing.
