In a small winery in Neive you will be welcomed by the person who tends and assists the vineyards every day, and in his company you will begin an immersive walk through the vineyard. You will see with your own eyes the commitment, professionalism and devotion necessary for a high quality harvest to be achieved.
Depending on the time of the carrying out of the experience you might discover the small buds, smell the faint scents at the time of flowering, observe the pruning work, recognize the right time for harvesting or smell the scent of the must bubbling in the vats.
A tasting of five of the winery's wines, with a charcuterie and cheese board to match, will be the perfect conclusion to the experience. There will be no shortage of Barbaresco, a DOCG wine produced from nebbiolo grapes, an excellence of the area.
