  • Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer. But we’re the smallest group tour in Halong bay
  • Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
  • For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.
  • We also hope that customers will respect all other tourists in the group, respect the culture, timetable and common principles...
  • Regulation of Halong bay administration: To protect environment, you can't bring single-use plastic water bottles but you can bring Multi-use bottles/ glass water bottles/thermos water bottles...
  • If customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don't their see hotel/ address in the drop list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers need to contact us via email/ phone/ zalo/ whatsaap to confirm the pick up information in this case as soon as possible
  • Customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, please choose any hotel option that you can see/ or choose "hotel is not listed" just to finish the booking, then contact by emaill/ phone/ whatsaap/ zalo...-> we will recommend the best pickup point then.
  • Customers stay on the International cruise ship: If your cruise ship habour name is Halong international cruise port, we can arrange the cruise trip that is the same habour & customers just need to walk from your ship to our pick up point around 12.00PM (just 5 minutes). If your cruise ship habour is Cai Lan port, customers need to take a taxi to our Tuan Chau Marina habour at 12.00PM (20 minutes tranfer) or please contact us in advance to arrange pick up services with additional fees.
