Have you ever tried paddle boarding? This lesson will allow you to learn how to paddle standing on a board, accompanied by Angelo, an ISA- and FISW-certified instructor and 3-time Italian SUP Race champion. SUP, which stands for “Stand Up Paddle,” is a fun and relaxing sport suitable for everyone, even those with no experience in water sports.

The lesson starts on land with 15 minutes of theory, followed by a practice session in the water. In total, the experience lasts about 1.5 hours, during which you will be guided step by step to find the right balance and learn the proper technique. You can stop to take photos and enjoy the unique panorama of Lake Trasimeno.
