Have you ever tried SUP? This lesson will teach you how to paddle while standing on a board, accompanied by Angelo, an ISA and FISW certified instructor and 3-time Italian SUP Race champion. SUP, which stands for “Stand Up Paddle,” is a fun and relaxing sport suitable for everyone, even those with no experience in water sports.

The lesson starts on land with 15 minutes of theory, followed by a practical test in the water. In total, the experience lasts about an hour and a half, during which you'll be guided step by step to find the right balance and learn the correct technique. You can stop to take photos and enjoy the unique view of Lake Trasimeno.

The lesson only takes place in suitable weather conditions to ensure maximum safety. If the weather's bad, you'll get a full refund.
