Take the opportunity to visit the estate and descend into the most subterranean cellars. Listen to our historian and sommelier introduce the history of the winery and tell about all the activities that will take place during the day.
Explore the traditional cellar and receive an explanation of the winemaking processes from when the grapes arrive until the wine is bottled.
The last stop is the tasting room. Try three excellent wines accompanied by a selection of charcuterie and/or cheeses, bread and olive oil. Learn details about the history of each wine, how to smell and taste it, and what to consider when opening a bottle of wine.
