Once you're ready to give it a try your guide will plunk your board into the water. Start by paddling out on your knees and when you are ready, stand up and find your balance!
Stand Up Paddling looks exactly as it sounds: you stand up on a large, wide, super buoyant board (similar to a surfboard) & use a long paddle to move yourself along. You'll feel like you're walking on water!

You will bike on a gravel road that stretches 24km crossing the caño negro river towards Rio Chiquito.
